Cancellation Policy
Evolution PT & Yoga is committed to offering quality programs to our students. In order to meet this goal, we need to have a consistent means of dealing with cancellations and no shows for our workshops and pre-registration classes. We realize that life can cause plans to change at the last minute. We hope to make our policies clear so that we can continue to offer quality programs.
WORKSHOPS: All of our workshops include a non-refundable 10% registration
fee. A full refund (minus the 10% registration fee) will be given for
cancellations 14 days prior to the workshop.
A studio credit will be given if you cancel with 7-13 days notice, minus the registration fee.
A 50% credit, minus the registration fee, is available for cancellations of workshop attendance more than 2 days prior to the workshop.
No credit is given for cancellation of workshop attendance 2 or less days before the workshop.
CHILDREN'S CLASSES/SPECIALTY SERIES: A full refund minus a 10% registration fee will be given for cancelations 14 days prior to the start of the session. A studio credit minus a 10% registration fee is available until the beginning of the second class of the session. After the start of the second class, no refund or credit will be given.
Refund Policy for Retail Sales
Store credit or refund will be given for items returned in new
condition/unused within 10 days of the purchase date.
We will exchange unused items for another size or color within 30 days of
the purchase date.
