Nia is a fusion fitness practice that addresses the whole person, placing attention on integration, play, sensory awareness, pleasure, and love. Nia turns your workout into body work, making comfort, pleasure, joy, and passion a priority.

Nia is rich and exciting because it uniquely combines Jazz, Duncan and Modern Dance, Aikido, Tai Chi, Tae Dwon Do, Yoga and Body Ingegration techniques. Using visual imagery, sensory feeling, and emotion, Nia will help you tap into your creative self.

Who should try Nia?

Nia is for people who love to feel good, who love to move and play with life in a conscious, artistic, and sacred way. It is for those who want more out of their body, mind, spirit and more out of life. It is for people from all walks of life, both men and women of all ages. Nia is taught at three levels with which to guide all levels of fitness, movement experience, and wellness.
