Please join us for Kirtan devotional chanting every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month from 6:30-8:30pm. No previous experience is necessary. Feel free to bring your own instruments.
Yoga Nidra - Deep, Guided Relaxation
In this popular workshop, Janet Carscadden will lead you through a guided relaxation lying down. As you focus on her words, you are taken into a deeper level of relaxation and complete the workshop feeling rejuvinated. Yoga nidra is great for learning tools to deal with insomnia and stress. Come celebrate the shorter days of fall.

Couple's Pre-Natal Yoga Workshop with Susan Cline Lucey
This workshop is a great way for you to bond as a couple in preparation for sharing the birth experience together. We will cover yoga poses, breath work, relaxation and meditation techniques for pregnancy, labor and birth. A strong focus will be placed on labor support techniques and ways to build confidence in your ability to birth without intervention. This workshop is appropriate for first time parents, as well as for those second/third time parents who are not planning on taking a birth class but would like a class to connect around the baby.

Restorative Yoga with Lydia Hill
Join Iyengar teacher Lydia Hill for an evening of relaxing and renewing. Restorative yoga incorporates the use of props to support the body in a variety of positions meant to rejuvinate the body and mind. What a great way to begin the weekend!

Living Yoga Restorative Series with Martha Whitney
This series of restorative yoga classes, taught by Martha Whitney, explores how relaxation can be a valuable tool for helping us in a variety of situations in our daily lives.
Classes are held on Sundays, 6:15-8:15 pm. Pre-registration required. $20/class

Nia workshop: Explore and Embody the 9 Movement Forms of Nia
For beginners and continuing students who want to more fully embody the movement forms of Nia, join me for this 2 hour workshop. The workshop will dissect each movement form within the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts that make Nia so magical. Within the dance arts we will explore Duncan Dance, Modern, and Jazz. The martial arts draw on Tae Kwan Doe, Akido, and Tai Chi. The healing arts will address Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, and Yoga. By deepening awareness through these different movement forms, and learning to consciously access new movements you will become more embodied, and more capable of accessing your personal power in every day life. Open the door to your authentic creative self through movement, and join me in this journey to explore the 9 movement forms in Nia.

Nia Workshop 2: Learn the 52 moves in Nia
Haven't tried a class because you don't know what it is? Have you taken a class but spend more time than you would like trying to figure out the feet? Join me in this exploration of the 52 moves of Nia. We will break down the steps into simple to learn, easy movements. Through studying the mechanics of the Nia moves, you will deepen your Nia class experience because you will spend more focus on pleasure and joy. You will also learn how to deepen the moves to get the ideal workout for your body, increasing strength, agility, and flexibility. Join me for this in depth exploration of the 52 moves of Nia.
