All women who go through this amazing process change the way they use their muscle system to stabilize their trunk and hips and to transfer loads through their bodies. This series is designed to identify the non-optimal stability and movement patterns specific to postpartum women, then promote and restore ideal form and function of the low back and hips through education, exercise and changing movement patterns.
