Beginner Yoga

September 18, 2018 - October 23, 2018

Drawing inspiration from the Iyengar tradition, this series will cover basic standing poses and simple twists. We will use props to make the poses accessible for all bodies. Personal feedback is a priority. This series is a great way to commit to practicing and learning, and is appropriate for someone with little to no physical or athletic background.
