Expect to create steadiness and power in poses you know but struggle with. You will learn what mulabhanda (root lock) is and how to locate it, mantra associated with core, and how overall core strength supports your health and wellbeing.
All levels of practitioners can benefit through focusing on these techniques. This series is an ideal way to learn about your core for the first time or recharge your batteries. Wherever you’re at, expect to reignite your energy!
