The story of the warrior Virabhadra is a cautionary tale of the dangers of reacting from a place of ego, and the power of leading from the heart. When we move through the warrior postures, we are cultivating characteristics of the peaceful warrior (strength, confidence, open-heartedness, and compassion) while building our capacity for love. This workshop will weave the mythology of virabhadra into a yoga practice designed to help you move through ego, anger, fear, and insecurity to connect with the strength and goodness of your heart.
