Say aahhh! Join Patrick for Deep De-Stress yoga. We will take a little more time exploring all the pillars of stress-relief yoga: gentle movement, exuberant exhalations, restorative yoga, laughter yoga, and deep relaxation.
Elongate your spine in this sweet, elongated class. We’ll take a two-hour journey into the inner sanctuary, or Patrick calls it, “the Shanti Shanti Zone.” (The sanskrit word shanti means peace. You will certainly find it here!)
