Deep Self-Care for Winter

Let us come together and use tools of breath, movement, and seasonal resources to find the sweet balance of the Winter and discover our own love story with the season and the self. Winter can be a challenging time but when you learn to truly embrace its qualities, it can become it’s own sort of magic in your soul. We will draw on Ayurveda, Tantra, and modern tools of holistic health and habit change to help cultivate supportive routines, self-love, and to move you gracefully through the season.
