Finding Freedom in the HipsTweet
Learn how to gently improve flexibility in your hips to find freedom from stiffness or pain. Meagen Satinsky, PT draws on her depth of knowledge as a physical therapist and yoga instructor to teach the secrets of sequencing a practice, using breath work and relaxation to bring your hips back into balance.
You will learn basic anatomy of the hips, and how to modify poses to meet your individual needs.
