LifeForce® Yoga for Depression

November 17, 2018

LifeForce Yoga is a system of yoga that harnesses the power of prana (life force) to transform difficult mood states. When depression moves in, our energy becomes dull and sluggish, and our minds are clouded by negative rumination. LifeForce Yoga offers a variety of yogic practices – asana, pranayama, chanting, visualization, mudra, and meditation – that lift our stagnant prana and remove the obstacles to experiencing the radiance, peace, and joy of our true nature. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
