This Restorative Yoga workshop will give you the nourishing experience of postures and breath patterns that prepare the body for deep, restful sleep. Come learn some tools to reset your nervous system for sleep or simply to remember your relaxed, at-ease self. This calming class allows you to draw into a deeper place inside yourself as you are guided into supported restful yoga poses. Come relax, reset & restore.
