Sweat and Surrender in this fiery-cool class with 45 minutes of vinyasa to raise your heart rate and connect with breath, and 45 minutes of release and relaxation into supported, restorative poses. Donation class led by Kim Jordan for the Give Back Yoga Foundation’s Yoga Makes Change Challenge 2018.
