Reconnect to your natural state of spaciousness and ease through the therapeutic practices of mindful movement, restorative yoga and pranayama. With the use of supportive props and breath you will gently sustain poses that invite your body- to let go into grounded relaxation and openness. While in the supported poses, Martha will guide you in selected breathing practices that enhance whole body and well being. Imagine returning to your life feeling open, relaxed and resilient.
