Yoga for a Healthy BackTweet
This six-week program is designed for people with low back pain who wish to return to yoga practice or explore yoga as a method of managing their back pain. Students will learn basic lumbar spine anatomy, yoga principles and modification of poses that work best for their diagnosis. We will develop a yoga routine that includes breathing exercises, stretches, core strengthening, flowing poses and relaxation exercises.
Wednesdays – 5:45 pm -7:15 pm, $120
Session One – January 14-February 18
Session Two – March 4-April 8
Session Three – April 22-May 27th, session 3
