Yoga for a Healthy Back, Part IITweet
This six-week program is designed for people with low back pain who wish to return to yoga practice or explore yoga as a method of managing their back pain. Students will learn basic lumbar spine anatomy, yoga principles and modification of poses that work best for their diagnosis. We will develop a yoga routine that includes breathing exercises, stretches, core strengthening, flowing poses and relaxation exercises.
Tuesdays – 5:45 pm -7:15 pm, $120

*If you have taken Yoga for a Healthy Back One or a Hip class, this is the class for you! Though you need not have attended one of our Healthy Back series, you should have at least six yoga classes under your belt.
