Explore how therapeutic yoga benefits the recovery process, and will enhance your healthcare practice when working with clients with chronic pain.

Participants will receive instruction in restorative yoga, chair yoga, breathing exercises, guided relaxation and meditation techniques. Learn how to help your patients find the right therapeutic yoga program to assist them with their recovery process.
