Couples Yoga for Labor and Birth, with Susan Cline Lucey
This workshop is a great way for you to connect as a couple in preparation for sharing the birth experience together – it’s invaluable for first time parents, as well as for those second/third time parents who are not planning on taking a birth class but would like a class to connect around the baby and have a refresher on labor support techniques. Students find this workshop very helpful in the last stages of pregnancy.
Fabulous Fridays with John McConnell
Who loves yoga? We do! We will celebrate it each month on a Friday night with a boogie wild asana exploration. Feed your body, mind, spirit and heart with good music, vigorous yoga and crazy Kula action. Each class will feature a specific practice theme and musical genre. Send in your favorite song in that genre and John will mix it into the Yoga Playlist. Check Facebook for this month’s music and get your yoga groove on.
NOTE: there are no prerequisites. This class is so much fun, everyone should come!
