21-Day Meditation – Day Ten: Be the Light Within
Here’s a meditation based on the idea of how we all have a light within us.
Sit comfortably and begin to lengthen and slow down your breath. Imagine a ball of light (specifying color optional) that is within your heart space. Every time you breathe in the ball glows brighter and bigger and when you breathe out the orb dims and softens. Be with this pulsating visual for 1-3 minutes and recognize the strength and support of your own light.
