Emma is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 1500 hours of training at the Ayurvedic Institute, the leading school for Ayurvedic medicine in the US. She completed her studies under world-renown author and Ayurvedic physician, Dr. Vasant Lad, pursued advanced clinical studies both at the Ayurvedic Institute under Nomi Gallo, AP and in Karnataka, India under Dr. Ashwin Shashtry of Arogyna Niketana. She holds a BSc from Cornell University, is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medicine Association, certified AyurYoga® instructor, Core Synchronism practitioner, and supports women through authentic Ayurvedic pre-natal and post-partum care. By addressing the root cause of imbalances and disease through diet, lifestyle, herbs, yoga, meditation, and subtle energy therapies, clients through her practice, work to reconnect with their optimum health. Emma currently practices in the Burlington, VT area, facilitates classes and workshops, and is available for remote sessions via Skype, Facetime, and phone calls.
