Beginner Yoga 6-Week Series

In this beginner yoga series, we work together to learn about practicing yoga in a fun, supportive environment. We work on good alignment principles, learn some breathing and meditation techniques, and begin to explore new postures from the ground up.

This series is a great way to commit to practicing and learning. It also always feels good to be in a room with other people around who are practicing at your same level and feel the support and encouragement of other students.

This six-week series is appropriate for someone with a previous physical or athletic background (even if it’s been a while!).

Wednesdays – 6 – 7 pm, $99
Session 1: Sept. 17-Oct. 29 (no class Oct. 22)
Session 2: Nov. 5-Dec. 17
