We are all beginners. This is your invitation to enjoy learning the basics and start exploring the benefits of a yoga practice. Coming to the mat is a great way to calm your mind, connect to your breath and explore your body. Practice in a lighthearted, welcoming environment with an instructor who will honor the body you are in and celebrate your natural rhythm.
This series is appropriate for someone with little to no physical or athletic background. All practices will be taught with modifications to help make them accessible.
