Candlelight Restorative & Chanting

Release tension & stress through restorative yoga, followed by a Japa Mantra practice. Restorative yoga utilizes props to deeply support the body, allowing you to hold poses longer and encourage the body to release tension at its own natural pace. A mantra is the repetition of Sanskrit words or phrases and is a useful practice to promote even deeper states of meditation and relaxation. Together, restorative yoga and mantra are excellent tools for managing stress. These subtle practices balance your energy and mind.
