Christine O’Neill, PA-C, ACC, RYT-200
Christine has been incorporating the practices and principles of yoga and meditation into her life since taking her first yoga class in 1986. A practicing emergency medicine clinician and professional burnout coach, she loves weaving these powerful practices into her work with patients and coaching clients.
After completing a 200-hour YTT program with Jill Satterfield in 2009, Christine expanded her training through Evolution Yoga’s 200-hour YTT. She teaches gentle, contemplative, and restorative yoga classes that calm the sympathetic nervous system, counteract the stresses of modern life, and get us out of our heads and into our bodies.
When not working or on the mat, Christine is experimenting with new plant-based recipes, petting all the dogs, and exploring this beautiful continent in her campervan, Libby.
