Come experience the magic of a POP Pilates workout and get into a regular routine in this 6 week series. POP Pilates is an incredible fusion of core and total body-defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop music. This energizing, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.
