Strong Bones, Balanced Body (5 week Series) with Patsy Tyler
Strong Bones, Balanced Body classes combine yoga postures and light strength training to build bone density and improve balance. This type of resistance work, along with weight-bearing, has been proven to increase bone density. Explore how you can challenge an improve your balance through foundational standing yoga postures. This six-week series is open to all levels, no prior yoga experience is needed.
