Fall Equinox Yin Yoga

Celebrate the arrival of the fall season by slowing down with a Yin Yoga practice. Yin and yang energy are constantly at play in our lives and a yin practice can create balance for people with active, busy lives. Yin Yoga enables us to work with the connective tissues of the body through holding relaxed poses for 3-5 minutes, using props for support. In this workshop you will be offered the space to slow down, and be supported to become the witness to what’s unfolding moment to moment. The poses can be adapted to meet the student in their body, hence the workshop is open to seasoned as well as newer yin students.
