Celebrate the arrival of the fall season by slowing down with a Yin Yoga practice. Yin and yang energy are constantly at play in our lives and a yin practice can create balance for people with active, busy lives. Yin Yoga enables us to work with the connective tissues of the body through holding relaxed poses for 3-5 minutes, using props for support. Yin yoga gives you space to slow down, allowing you to witness what’s unfolding from moment to moment. In this workshop you will learn the basics of yin yoga and participate in a complete practice that ends with a guided meditation. Open to all levels.
