Video Library – $20 monthly. Unlimited access to videos from our online classes and special videos just created for our library. Videos vary in length from 15, 30, 60, and 75 minutes. New content is added every week. Enjoy classes when you want from the comfort of your own home or office.

Meditation – We offer meditation and community yoga classes free or by donation, you choose. Register for the class and pay what you can when you sign-in to Mindbody.
Scholarship – email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to receive a scholarship to attend any of our classes, workshops series, and programs. This includes essential workers, veterans, or active service members who are in need of help to attend classes, workshops, or trainings.
Recommended for beginner or intermediate practitioners, level I focuses on building strength and endurance by creating a firm foundation in all poses. This class will explore the power of standing poses, gentle back bending, and core strength-building poses. Basic yoga breathing techniques are included in level I classes.
This intermediate class is a bridge connecting foundation poses to a more moderately-paced practice. Level I/II focuses on transitioning accurately between poses, particularly in sun salutations. Basic inversions will be introduced, as well as more challenging back bending and balancing poses. This class is appropriate for any level beyond brand-new beginner.
A strong practice for those with prior yoga experience, level II balances vigorous vinyasa with sustained poses in order to refine the details of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the practice. This class explores deeper versions of standing and seated poses, arm balances and inversions, and pranayama exercises. Must have a strong yoga practice to participate.
Advanced students and teachers, men and women, who can kick to handstand at the wall and perform Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel back bend) with straight arms. This practice is for dedicated practitioners of all ages, who are very committed to their practice, building community, and gracefully playing their edge. The teacher practices alongside the students and gives direction and guidance. Experienced students are always welcome. The practice concludes with a half-hour exploration of meditation, yoga nidra, shavasana, and/or restorative poses. This practice is not recommended for beginners.
Evolution Physical Therapy & Yoga is committed to offering quality programs to our students. In order to meet this goal, we need to have a consistent means of dealing with cancellations and no-shows for our workshops and pre-registration classes. We realize that life can cause plans to change at the last minute. We hope to make our policies clear so that we can continue to offer quality programs.
Single, first-time student and 5 & 10-class passes expire after two years, they have no cash value and are not refundable. Five and ten-class passes can be extended for three months by paying a $15 reinstatement fee.
WORKSHOPS AND SERIES:
All of our workshops and series include a non-refundable 10% registration fee. A full refund (minus the 10% registration fee) will be given for cancellations 14 days prior to the workshop or first class of the series.
Studio credit will be given for cancellations within 7-13 days’ notice, minus the registration fee.
50% studio credit, minus the registration fee, is given for cancellations with at least 2 days’ notice.
No credit is given for cancellation of workshop or series attendance with less than 2 days’ notice.
Store credit or refund will be given for items returned in new/unused condition within 10 days of the purchase date.
We will exchange unused items for another size or color (if available) within 30 days of the purchase price.
The 4 designated Evolution parking spots in front of the building are reserved for Physical Therapy patients during daytime hours.
You are welcome to park in any other spot in the front lot for yoga classes (including EvoBabies and EvoKids). There is also on-street parking on Kilburn and parking in the Pine Street lot behind the studio. Thank you for your consideration.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in. We have yoga mats and props available for your use.
