They have 60 joints and 200 muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Keeping them strong, healthy and mobile can make all the difference when it comes to good posture, alignment, healthy movement, and enjoying the lifestyle and yoga practice you love.
Keep those dogs happy! Join physical therapist Meagen Satinsky in an all-levels workshop to explore basic foot and ankle anatomy, stretches, strengthening, balance training and walking tips. You’ll learn ways to ease plantar fasciitis, bunions, low arches, and flat feet, and take home a yoga routine to keep your feet balanced and energized.
