Introduction to Pilates (5-Week Series)
This series is an introduction to pilates for those who have never done pilates as well as for those who want to refresh their understanding of the exercises. All levels of ability are welcome. Pilates focuses on core strength, developing long, lean musculature and creating healthy postural patterns. We will learn the exercises individually, and then string them together into an enjoyable, flowing routine.
