Jamie Ebert (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a yogini and Tantra practitioner, Ayurveda enthusiast, and writer. She began her practice in 2000 when she needed to heal from a horseback riding accident. Her pursuit of yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda is fueled by the deep desire to continually inspire clear and positive choices that lead to fulfillment, happiness, balance, and health. She completed her first training in Tantric Hatha with Candra Prabha in 2011, where she was introduced to the transformative practices of Tantra and the art of teaching as a practice of it’s own. She spent the last six years outside of Vermont, studying with Katie Silcox, international Tantra & Ayurveda teacher of the Sri-Vidya lineage and Rod Stryker, ParaYoga founder.
Since completing her first training at Burlington Yoga, Jamie has completed two additional 200-hours trainings including the Wanderlust teacher training as well as assisting several teacher trainings. She is in the process of completing 1000+ hour training with Rod Stryker through ParaYoga.
Since 2011, she has taught classes, retreats, and trainings throughout the country, devoting the last two years to working privately with students on developing their practice, finding their path and experiencing deep fulfillment in their lives.
As a writer and photographer, Jamie has been published online and in print, including notable publications like the Wanderlust Journal and Vermont Magazine. In the professional realm, she has utilized graphic design, art, and management skills to market and direct yoga studios, yoga festivals, and art shows since 2009. Now, she teaches public and private classes, retreats, and trainings, facilitating space for students to uncover and evolve their unique radiance. You can find her art and writing on jamieebert.com.
