Live-Stream: Yoga for Longevity
Zach draws from his background in yoga, physical therapy, and personal training to offer a 5-week series designed to increase your understanding of how the body functions and its relation to daily activity. A focus on alignment, muscle activation, and injury prevention will be used to guide you through functional movement patterns and body positions to enhance movement over a lifetime. Learn how yoga techniques can be used to improve strength, mobility, breathing patterns, and awareness of life on and off the mat!
