Nicci Micco (RYT-500)
Nicci Micco (RYT-500) practices and teaches yoga with the intention of tapping into the clarity, joy, and compassion that lives within us all. She often leads workshops that combine yoga with her background in nutrition and behavior change and tries to live by the yogic concept of balancing sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease)—staying focused and strong but also asking ourselves where we can soften and let go. Inspired by human expression in its many forms—music, dance, the written word, visual art—Nicci particularly appreciates the creative aspects of vinyasa (flow) yoga. She lives in Vermont with her husband, two tween boys, a sweet pup, and sister cats.
