Learn the basic anatomy of the psoas, iliacus and surrounding structures. Explore passive and active poses to reduce tone and over firing of the psoas. Learn how to modify standing poses to lengthen or engage the psoas depending upon how your psoas is functioning. You will leave with a simple home program that you can do to restore balance to your body.
