Bring a partner or a friend for a fun session of stretching for two. This workshop blends Hatha & Vinyasa styles to invite a deepening of the kinesthetic connection between partners. Through the themes of trust and play, each yoga posture will be taught for two bodies with gentle weight sharing, partner assists, tandem breath work and unifying meditations. All levels of yoga experience welcome!
